Product Description

This system is used in corrugator lines to continuously monitor the temperature along the entire width of the sheet using a non-contacting temperature sensor. The temperature measurements are displayed in real time as a temperature distribution graph.
It is possible to get a visual understanding of the variations in temperature along the width of the sheet.
The operator is notified of abnormal temperatures as they occur via warnings, thus helping in the early detection of defective pasting.

A temperature recording device accumulates and records data on defects, and it is possible to check the history of defects that occurred previously. Additionally, it is possible to display temperature graphs.

Appearance of the Kando-C sensor unit.
The non-contacting temperature sensors are arrayed at intervals of 200 mm along the entire width of the sheet.
